Impulse X The Mighty Gifted

Feline Pryde has just uncovered her mutant power: the capacity to phase via things. At first, she is overwhelmed and naturally anxious, not exactly sure what to construct from it. In an effort to aid her recognize her newfound power, Professor Charles Xavier sends Jean Grey on a goal to recruit her. When Jean Grey gets here, she uncovers that Feline has already been won over by Lance Alvers, the mutant recognized as Avalanche. Avalanche is working with the Brotherhood of Mutants, a powerful group of mutants who use their powers for evil.
